Enlightened….Tia created a sacred, peaceful, and welcoming space to begin my Life Activation journey.  During the initiation Tia’s voice was calming, her presence comforting, and I had the feeling of light that lifted me into a cloud of love.  As we continued through the activation,  I felt an incredible sense of peace and relaxation, as if all my troubles had disappeared.  When the energy stuck in my body started to depart, I felt a connection to my body and my spirit that I don’t remember feeling before.  The release of emotions flooded out of my body and the cathartic experience was invigorating. When we finished the ritual, I continued to feel light, released, and grounded. I have been reflecting on my experience and how I have been feeling since my Life Activation.  I have naturally slowed down and become more thoughtful in my everyday movements.  This has allowed for me to have a bigger connection to myself and the way I spend my time.  I am appreciating each moment and every interaction differently.  Just knowing I am alive to experience life has brought more happiness and I am looking forward to discovering more about myself along this journey.
