What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, and relaxation that also promotes holistic healing via channeling life force energy (Ki) from a higher power (Rei). Still not sure? Simply put, Reiki is the transmission of healing energy through the practitioner to the client. It is non religious, non-denominational, and is not the practitioner’s energy.

Reiki sessions treat the whole person, are generally 60 mins in duration when in person, are guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed, centered, and with an overall sense of well-being.


Distance Reiki is also a powerful experience. It doesn't matter how close or far you are from a Reiki Master as we are trained to transmit Reiki energy to our clients over any distance.

Reiki Master

My name is Tia Christiansen and I am a Reiki Master and Transformational Leadership Coach holding certifications as a Health & Life coach.

I began practicing Reiki after experiencing it's healing benefits first hand. In 2011 I was diagnosed with adrenal blowout. Not depletion, or fatigue, but blowout. It was truly a wake up call to take better care of my body, and focus on my overall wellness. It was after receiving a Reiki treatment that I felt a huge shift in my overall sense of well-being. After a number of follow up sessions I had more energy than I had experienced in a long time. Clarity of thought was back, and I began to feel much more like my old self.

It did not take long before I knew Reiki was meant to be a part of my life in a bigger way, and I became trained as Reiki Master. The healing power of Reiki never ceases to amaze me. My clients have gained relief from physical pains, headaches, abdominal discomfort, experienced faster healing of injuries, and always feel a sense of ease after our sessions.


While results vary for each person like any healing modality, every person is guaranteed to feel an overall sense of calm, relaxation, and well-being.
