The Max Meditation technique was created by Gundi Gunderson, founder of the international Modern Mystery School, after more than 35 years of exploring the mind and human potential across the globe. Drawing from ancient methods learned from esteemed teachers in India and Tibet, he combined these teachings with his expertise in NLP and psychology to develop a powerful approach to meditation.
